Act I: THOM PAIN by Mr. Eno is a Samuel Beckett for the John Stewart generation… THOM PAIN (Jake Wentlent) is at bottom a surreal meditation on the empty promises life makes, the way experience never lives up to the weird and awesome fact of being. But it is also, in its odd, bewitching beauty, an affirmation of life’s worth…a small masterpiece.” —NY Times. Act II: WRECKS by Neil LaBute-Can someone honestly love a person whom they have deceived for thirty years? This is the central question behind Wrecks, Neil LaBute’s foray into the dark side of human nature. Meet Edward Carr (Chris Nickerson): loving father, successful businessman, grieving widower.
